About Alumni Reach
Alumni Reach was founded in 2019 in Athens, Greece to solve the problem that many corporations facing: the disconnect between current employees and business activities and the broader alumni network. To address this, Alumni Reach was built with the mission to help companies and organizations stay connected to their former employee pool. Since their founding, they have proudly enabled leading organizations across Greece and Europe to create strong, active, and well-nurtured networks that enable the easy sharing and access of information, knowledge, and opportunities.
The Request
Our mission was to depict all the information a company needs about their employees in a very clean modern and yet understandable design throughout a dashboard, that would work for many and different companies. The project was big and we wanted to make sure we made every page give all the information it could, without creating any confusions and making sure it covers all the aspects needed. All of the above needed to be designed to be applied both for desktop as well as mobile.
Our Solution
We designed a site that depicts in the simplest, most understandable, but also comprehensive way, a very large amount of information. The clarity of the colors and the simplicity of the lines and the additional design elements was a necessary condition so that the current user does not get tired while navigating the site. Nevertheless, we made sure that there are small discreet ways to customize the dahsboard in each company, changing the color of some small distinctive elements depending on the company.
